Jeep Apel is the founder of Just Somm Chef where he works to honor the culinary tradition and technique through storytelling. Jeep is a certified Sommelier and a chef with over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. His career reflects the experiences of a lifelong learner as he spent time managing the wine bar at the most visited winery in the United States, cooked in many restaurants, cofounded a nonprofit youth leadership program, served as an engineer in the Army National Guard, and taught elementary school.
